Saturday was the first of many off season training sessions and we are off to a great start. Off season training is a necessity when your goals are to become a better athlete overall and these guys showed up ready to put in work.

What does training in the off season mean and why is it important?
Off season training means not only am I getting stronger and faster for the upcoming season, I am also focusing on the minute details that will help me become a better athlete. The hard work doesn't just happen in season. The harder work happens during off season, when I want to perfect my craft. Great technique is what sets you apart. Being a technician on the field does not come easy but when you are ready to work, the skill specific training program is a great tool to help you achieve those goals.

Thanks to all the guys that came out on Saturday. We look forward to seeing you again this weekend.

A huge reason why I’m where I’m at today, Coach OG has helped me develop skills and a mentality as a DB that are now engrained in my play on the field. Highschool DB’s that are looking to make an impact at the next level, I strongly advise you to get out there and work with OG week in and week out to make strides in your game that will show on the field. I worked with Coach Green last spring with his 7 on 7 team as well as positional work that boosted my confidence and abilities on the field. Aside from being a great coach, he’s a great guy that gets to know you personally and connects with…
OG is an amazing guy. You need advice, somebody to talk to or show you a thing or two? This is YOUR MAN!!! I went to San Mateo for 2 and a half years because I gray shirted. That was the best thing that could have happened to me because I learned how to slow the game down. OG was there for me from the moment I stepped on campus. Stretched me when I needed to be loosened, gave me situational advice, and was there for me when I needed him most. As a REAL brother should. He helped me elevate my game along with Surrell Davis. He took me under his wing and transformed me from a great player,…
Coach Green, AKA OG, is one of the most influential people that coached me. Not only does he helped me with Football but he helped me grow as a man. He makes sure you get the right coaching and he gonna tell you what you need to hear. Without OG I wouldn’t be playing in the SEC, the best conference there is. Sign up with OG Asap and you won’t regret it. Appreciate you OG

If you want to get better as an athlete both physically and mentally, OG is the one you need to get with. He will push you to New levels and expect the best, eventually allowing you to expect that best at of yourself. Going to a Big10 university, OG gave me everything I needed to compete. Different techniques, strength, and speed, OG will have you right! Best coach easily I have ever had, and at the best JUCO! I grew not only as an athlete and competitor but as a man as well. Thank you OG!!

OG does it all! I owe almost all of my success to this man, took me in as a shy little high school kid and turned me into a straight dog on the field and successful young man off the field. If you want to be the best at your position, then take advantage of what he has to offer. The results speak for themselves, if you have dreams of playing ball at the next level then learn from someone who sends kids year after year. Starts with the fundamentals and technique. OG was able to improve my footwork, hand-eye coordination, hip fluidity, fast-twitch muscles and increase the explosiveness in my movements. When I left to play at Utah State…
